During this period, the enterprise carried out technical re-equipment of the main production sites in accordance with the requirements of good manufacturing practice (GMP), and today the “Viola” Pharmaceutical Factory is a modern pharmaceutical enterprise, which in recent years has been consistently one of the leading domestic manufacturers of pharmaceutical products.
Product quality control
Product quality control is carried out by the quality control department, which includes certified laboratories equipped with modern analytical devices for conducting physico-chemical, radiological and microbiological quality control of incoming raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in accordance with the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine and approved by the Ministry of Health I am a quality control technician.
Production
Production of products is carried out at 6 production shops.
Production is carried out in six production workshops, where modern technologies are used to manufacture and package medicinal products and parapharmaceutical products in the form of:
- soft medicinal forms (ointments, pastes, gels, liniments, oils);
- liquid medicinal forms (tinctures, liquid extracts, syrups, alcohol and water solutions);
- solid dosage forms (powders, capsules);
- packaged medicinal plant raw materials, including fees and teas;
- medical products (transport and universal first aid kits, sterile and non-sterile gauze bandages, medical gauze strips);
- dietary supplements.
The company also manufactures cosmetics and disinfectants.
Over the past 5 years, the company has established production of more than 120 types of medicines and parapharmaceutical products. The quality of products manufactured by the Viola pharmaceutical factory is ensured by the operation of a certified integrated quality management system in accordance with the requirements of good manufacturing practice (GMP) and ISO standards.
