COSMETIC PRODUCT SAFETY SURVEILLANCE (Cosmetovigilance) is an activity related to the collection, evaluation and monitoring of spontaneous reports of adverse effects observed during or after normal or reasonably foreseeable use of a cosmetic product. The main purpose of market surveillance is to ensure the protection of the health of consumers of cosmetic products by monitoring the occurrence and reducing the likelihood of recurrence of undesirable effects.
Undesirable effect is an undesirable negative effect of a cosmetic product on human health that occurs under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use of a cosmetic product.
Serious undesirable effect is an undesirable effect of a cosmetic product that results in temporary or permanent functional disability, incapacity for work, hospitalization, congenital anomalies or an immediate risk to life or health.
Product safety is our top priority. Our ingredient standards are determined by three key factors: laws and regulations, our own internal safety assessment, and changing consumer preferences. You should know that cosmetic products are above all chemical mixtures that, according to their purpose (direct contact with the skin), are subject to strict standards and legal regulations, however, the proper quality of cosmetic products is not an absolute guarantee that their use will not have adverse effects.

The information sent by you is strictly confidential and not subject to disclosure, except as required by law. By informing us of the occurrence of an undesirable effect, the reporter and/or consumer consents to the processing, storage and transfer of personal data for the purpose of tracking, analysing and reporting on product safety.
