Pharmaceutical factory “Viola” is a modern pharmaceutical enterprise that has been working on the creation of medicines for more than 75 years. Our company (unlike most others) steadily continues its work regardless of the problems and difficulties we are currently facing. Together, we continue to work, keep jobs, keep the possibility of receiving wages, keep relations with customers, suppliers and partners, fulfill all our obligations. We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team.
You are our candidate if:
- you have a higher education in biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine or quality, standardization and certification;
- you have at least 1 year of work experience in units responsible for the functioning of the quality management system at pharmaceutical or food industry enterprises;
- you know the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, ISO 17025, ISO 22716 standards. rules of good manufacturing (GMP) and distribution (GDP) practice;
- you are fluent in the Ukrainian language, know how to draw up and systematize documentation;
- you know English at an above average level (preferably).
In our team you will:
- prepare self-inspections (internal audits). You participate in external audits (suppliers of raw materials and contract organizations). Develop audit programs and plans, questionnaires, reports, etc.;
- you keep records of inconsistencies that affect the quality of the product. You coordinate the process of investigating deviations in production. You analyze the risk for the product, the causes of deviations, inconsistencies and complaints, you are engaged in the development of corrective/preventive actions;
- approve and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (SARA). Evaluation of the effectiveness of SARA;
- develop and update quality system documentation.
- prepare materials for certification of production sites and the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, ISO 17025, ISO 22716.
