The process of providing the body with enough water to maintain its normal functionality is called hydration. Water plays a key role in the human body and is essential for many vital processes.

Hydration is important for maintaining optimal body temperature, transporting nutrients and oxygen to cells, and excreting waste through urine. It also contributes to the proper functioning of organs, including the kidneys and heart. Lack of water in the body can lead to dehydration, which can cause a variety of problems such as headaches, dry skin, fatigue, and gastrointestinal disorders.

Staying hydrated means drinking enough water through drinking and eating, and taking into account individual fluid needs, which can vary based on physical activity, climate, and other factors. Hydration is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and maintaining overall well-being.
