Essential oils are concentrated aromatic substances of plant origin derived from various parts of plants, including leaves, flowers, bark, roots, seeds, and fruits. They contain a variety of active ingredients that determine their unique aromatic and medicinal properties. Essential oils are widely used in aromatherapy, cosmetology, perfumery, as well as natural additives in food and beverages.

In aromatherapy, essential oils are used to improve emotional and physical well-being through inhalations, massages, adding to baths and diffusers. They can promote relaxation, relieve stress, and improve sleep quality, as well as have antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties.
