Anxiosity

Anxiosity (anxiety) is a psychological condition characterized by increased levels of worry, anxiety, and vague fear, often without a clearly recognized cause. Anxiety can manifest itself both in a short-term form (a reaction to a stressful situation) and as a chronic condition when anxious feelings accompany a person constantly, interfering with his daily life and work. This condition may be accompanied by physical symptoms such as heart palpitations, excessive sweating, tremors, and dizziness.

Chronic anxiety can be a symptom of a variety of mental health disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social phobia. Treatment for anxiosity often involves a combination of psychotherapy and medication. Cognitive behavioral therapy and relaxation techniques can help patients change thought patterns and improve the way they respond to distressing situations. Drug treatment may include antidepressants, anxiolytics, and sedatives, depending on the nature and severity of the anxiety condition.
