Ароматерапия

Aromatherapy is an alternative medicine method that uses essential oils and other aromatic compounds to improve a person’s physical and emotional well-being. Essential oils derived from the flowers, leaves, bark, stems, and roots of plants have a variety of therapeutic properties. Aromatherapy can be used to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, relieve pain, and improve overall mood. Methods of application include inhalations, massage using essential oils, adding oils to baths or diffusers to aromatize the air.

Aromatherapy is also used to support skin and hair, as well as an adjunct to meditative and relaxation practices. It is important to choose and use essential oils responsibly, as they can cause allergic reactions or be contraindicated for certain diseases and conditions. The use of aromatherapy should be carried out taking into account the individual characteristics of the body, and, if possible, with the advice of specialists in the field of aromatherapy or medicine.
