Biohacking is the practice of applying the approaches and methods of biology, neuroscience, and genetics to optimize physical and mental health. This direction involves self-experimenting with diet, lifestyle, exercise, sleep, and meditation to improve the efficiency of the body and mind. Biohackers use various technologies and devices to monitor their health and implement changes aimed at improving its quality. For example, they can use gadgets to track sleep quality, measure blood glucose levels, or use special apps for meditation and brain activity.

An important part of biohacking is genetic testing, which allows you to individually approach the choice of diet, physical activity, and lifestyle, based on the genetic characteristics of the body. Biohacking can also include more advanced methods, such as gene therapy and nootropics, substances that improve cognitive function. However, despite the desire to improve health and productivity, biohacking requires a cautious approach and consultations with specialists, since independent experiments with the body can carry risks and unpredictable consequences.
