The herbal preparation removes excess sodium and chlorine ions from the body and thereby prevents the formation of calculi. It also enhances diuresis and normalizes the work of the entire urinary system, has a diuretic effect. The drug reduces reverse resorption in the renal tubules, increases filtration.

If you suffer from urolithiasis in the initial stage, pyelonephritis, inflammation of the urinary bladder, chronic kidney failure, uric acid diathesis, try bird’s mustard herb.
It contains a large number of biologically active components, so it helps to get rid of unpleasant symptoms and speed up recovery, promotes the excretion of chlorine and sodium ions, and also has a diuretic effect.

It is recommended to take bird’s mustard herb after surgery to remove stones to prevent their re-formation.

To prepare medicinal infusion , 3 tbsp. spoons of grass pour a glass of boiling water, then insist 15 minutes in a water bath. Adults should drink 1/3-1/2 cup 20 minutes before meals 2-3 times a day.

Pharmacological properties.
Pharmacodynamics.
Biologically active substances of the herb prevent the formation and facilitate the removal of urinary calculi in urolithiasis, increase diuresis, remove excess sodium and chlorine ions from the urine, increase filtration in the glomeruli of the kidneys and reduce resorption in the renal tubules, reduce the permeability of the walls of blood vessels.

Clinical characteristics.
Indication.
Initial stages of urolithiasis; uric acid diathesis; postoperative period after removal of urinary calculi; chronic renal failure; chronic glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis, inflammation of the urinary bladder in remission (as part of complex therapy).

Contraindication.
Thrombophlebitis; acute inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and bladder; change in the rheological properties of blood; the presence of stones larger than 6 mm in the urinary tract. Hypersensitivity to biologically active substances of the drug.

Special security measures.
It is recommended to take the infusion through a straw to prevent it from getting on the teeth
(possible dissolution of enamel and damage to teeth).

Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions. Do not use together with anticoagulants.

Features of application.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Contraindicated.

The ability to influence the speed of reaction when driving vehicles or other mechanisms. Does not affect.

Method of application and dosage.
Place 3 tablespoons of the herb in an enamel dish, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, and squeeze the remainder into a strained infusion. Bring the volume of infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Shake the infusion before use.
Put 2 filter bags in a glass or enamel container, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, close and infuse for 15 minutes.
Take warm 2-3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals: adults – ⅓-½ cup, children over 14 years old – 1/4 cup, children aged 12-14 years – 2 tablespoons, 7-12 years – 1 tablespoon each.
The course of treatment is up to 20-25 days. Repeat courses (no more than 4 per year) should be carried out after a 10-12 day break (after consultation with a doctor).

Children.
The drug is used for children over 7 years old.

Overdose.
There are no messages.

Adverse reactions.
Allergic reactions are possible (including hyperemia, rash, itching, skin swelling), renal colic. Long-term use of the drug can lead to discorylization of tooth enamel and disruption of the structure of bone tissue (osteoporosis).

Expiration date. 3 years. Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Storage conditions.
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not higher than 25 °C in a place inaccessible to children; prepared infusion – in a cool (8-15 °C) place for no more than 2 days.
