Description

The drug consists of natural components, intended for the treatment of inflammation of the respiratory tract. It softens cough, has an anti-inflammatory effect and improves sputum removal.

The drug is intended for adults and children from 3 years of age, it quickly relieves the symptoms of a cold and improves general well-being.

If you suffer from bronchitis, bronchial asthma, bronchopneumonia, bronchiectasis or a cold accompanied by a cough, try chest collection #1.
Its composition includes medicinal plants that relieve inflammation and have pronounced expectorant properties.

Breast collection No. 1 can be used for monotherapy or in combination with other medicines.

To prepare the infusion, you need 1 tbsp. spoon of the dry mixture pour 200 ml of boiling water and insist in a water bath for 15 minutes. Adults drink half a glass of decoction after meals 2-3 times a day.

Composition:
active ingredients: Althaeae radix; mother-and-stepmother leaves (Farfarae folia); oregano grass (Origani vulgaris herba);
1 g of the collection contains: Althea roots (Althaeae radix) 400 mg; mother-and-stepmother leaves (Farfarae folia) 400 mg; motherwort (Origani vulgaris herba) 200 mg.

The main physical and chemical properties:
crushed raw materials: a mixture of white fibrous pieces of altea root; pieces of mother-and-stepmother leaves, green on top, white-felt on the bottom; motherwort, which consists of dark purple flowers, green pieces of leaves with dark dots (visible under a magnifying glass) and pieces of stems with a purple tint, crushed to a particle size of about 5 mm. The smell is weak, pleasant; the taste of water extract is slightly slimy, spicy;

Biologically active substances of the collection have an expectorant effect due to the improvement of sputum discharge in respiratory tract diseases.

Clinical characteristics.
Indication.
Inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract (bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis) are part of complex therapy.

Contraindication.
Hypersensitivity to biologically active substances of the drug. Increased secretion of the digestive tract.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions. Slows down the absorption of other drugs that are used at the same time. When used together with anti-inflammatory drugs, the drug prolongs their effect, increases efficiency and reduces side effects. As an expectorant, it can be combined with sodium bicarbonate. With simultaneous use with antitussive drugs, sputum accumulation in the respiratory tract is possible, so it is not recommended to use it simultaneously with antitussives (for example, codeine); when used together with antibiotics, it increases the concentration of antibiotics in the respiratory tract.

Features of application.
When using the drug, you should follow the doctor’s recommendations. It is not recommended to be prescribed for a dry cough, as its exacerbation is possible. If shortness of breath, fever, or purulent sputum appears during treatment, you should immediately consult a doctor.

Using during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contraindicated.

The ability to influence the speed of reaction when driving vehicles or other mechanisms. Not installed.

Method of application and dosage.
Place 1 tablespoon of the collection in an enamel dish, pour 200 ml of boiled water at room temperature, cover with a lid and insist in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, squeeze the residue to a filtered infusion. Bring the volume of infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Take the infusion in a warm form 2-3 times a day after meals: adults and children over 14 years old – 1/2 cup each, children aged 12-14 years – 1/4 cup each, 7-12 years old – 2 tablespoons each , 3-7 years old – 1 tablespoon each.
Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enamel container, pour 200 ml of boiling water, close and infuse for 15 minutes. Take the infusion warm 2-3 times a day after meals: adults and children over 14 years old – 1 glass each, children aged 12-14 years – 1/2 glass, 7-12 years old – 1/4 glass, 3-7 years old – 2 tablespoons each.
Shake the infusion before use.
The duration of the treatment course is determined by the doctor individually.
Store the prepared infusion in a cool place for no more than 2 days.

Children.
The drug should be used by children over 3 years of age as prescribed by a doctor.

Overdose.
Nausea, vomiting. Treatment: withdrawal of the drug, gastric lavage.

Adverse reactions.
Allergic reactions are possible (including hyperemia, skin rashes, itching, skin swelling). Increased salivation, irritation of the gastric mucosa.

Expiration date. 2 years.
Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Storage conditions.
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not higher than 25 °C in a place inaccessible to children.
