Composition:
active ingredient: ethanol;
not less than 69.3% v/v and not more than 70.7% v/v ethanol and water.
Medicinal form. Solution for external use.
Basic physical and chemical properties: transparent, colorless, volatile, flammable liquid. Hygroscopic.
Pharmacotherapeutic group. Antiseptics and disinfectants.

Pharmacological properties.
Pharmacodynamics. When used externally, it has an antiseptic, disinfectant, local irritating effect. Ethanol coagulates proteins, is active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and viruses.
Pharmacokinetics. When applied topically, it is not absorbed through the skin.
Clinical characteristics.
Indication. Boils, panaritium, infiltrates, mastitis in the initial stages.
For rubbing and compresses.
For surgical debridement of surgeons’ hands.
Contraindication. Increased individual sensitivity.
It cannot be used for acute inflammatory processes of the skin.
Special security measures.
In case of redness and irritation of the skin, it is necessary to stop using the drug and wash off the liquid with water.
