HerpeNit protective gel 15 g
It is used to create a moisturizing protective barrier on the skin and outer surface of the lips in order to reduce dryness, itching and local manifestations of inflammation (redness, swelling, rashes), including those caused by herpes simplex viruses types 1 and 2 and papillomavirus.
The gel is intended for external use. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas of the skin, in particular the outer surface of the lips, up to 5 times a day.

Ingredients: purified water, glycerin, carbomer, sodium hydroxide, carrageenan, sorbitan caprylate, propanediol, benzoic acid, oregano essential oil.
Properties.
The gel creates a protective moisturizing barrier on the surface of the skin, which prevents the attachment of herpes viruses types 1 and 2 and papillomavirus to cells, reduces the risk of spreading infection, and helps reduce local inflammation. The product helps retain moisture, softens the skin, reduces dryness, itching, redness, and irritation, and also promotes the healing of small cracks and the restoration of damaged areas of the skin.
Carrageenan is a sulfated polysaccharide from red seaweed that is able to bind viral particles, forming a physical barrier to their penetration into cells. Due to the barrier mechanism, carrageenan helps reduce the viral load on the surface of the skin, in particular in cases of contact with herpes simplex viruses types 1 and 2 and papillomavirus.
Oregano essential oil has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, helps reduce irritation, itching, and redness, and supports the natural regeneration of the skin.
Glycerin moisturizes and softens the skin, reducing the feeling of tightness, dryness, and discomfort.

Interaction.
It can be used as part of complex therapy, in particular with local antiviral, antiseptic, or analgesic agents. In case of combined use, other products should be applied before applying the gel, with an interval of at least 10–15 minutes.
Cautions.
After application, a short-term burning sensation is possible, which passes quickly.
Do not apply the gel to deep, open wounds. Do not apply simultaneously with other topical agents to the same area.
