Rhinitis is an inflammation of the nasal mucosa, accompanied by swelling, discharge, nasal congestion. It is divided into infectious, allergic, medical, etc.

Often part of cold or allergy symptoms. A runny nose with rhinitis is one of the manifestations, and not a separate diagnosis. Treatment depends on the type of rhinitis and includes topical and systemic remedies.
