Integrating academic knowledge into technological production — under this banner, a meeting was held in April 2026 at the Viola Pharmaceutical Factory. This time, our honorary guests were representatives of the faculty and administration of ZSMPhU.
During the visit, special attention was paid to discussing the capabilities of our production facilities. The guests had the opportunity to see firsthand the implementation of international GMP standards, which are the foundation of our activities. The delegation expressed sincere admiration for the level of automation of technological processes and quality control laboratories.
The meeting’s working session was devoted to discussing fundamental issues of industry development:
- Strategic partnership: development of a roadmap for collaboration between the university and the enterprise.
- Human capital: transformation of educational programs in line with the requirements of the modern labor market. The participants discussed mechanisms for practical training of students capable of working with next-generation complex equipment.
- The future of the industry: exchange of experience in implementing high-tech solutions and digitalizing the pharmaceutical sector.
This meeting demonstrated that the future of Ukrainian pharmacy lies in close collaboration between science and real-world production. We recognize that people are a key asset, and investing in the intellectual potential of young professionals today is the key to our competitiveness on the global stage tomorrow.
