- Take warm 2–3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
- Adults and children from 12 years of age — ¼–½ cup; children aged 5–7 years — 1 tablespoon; children aged 7–12 years — 2 tablespoons.
- For filter bags: pour 200 ml of boiling water over 2 filter bags and infuse for 15 minutes.
- The infusion from filter bags is taken 2–3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals: adults and children from 12 years of age — ½–1 cup; children aged 5–7 years — 2 tablespoons; children aged 7–12 years — ¼ cup.
- Shake the infusion before use.
