Fucoidan

Fucoidan is a sulfated polysaccharide found primarily in brown algae such as kelp and fucus. It consists mainly of fucose and sulfate groups, which gives it virulent biological properties.

Fucoidan has anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant and immunostimulating effects. In medicine and nutrition, it is studied as a promising tool for strengthening the immune system, protecting cells and slowing down the aging process.
