Description

Linden flowers an effective drug of natural origin contains a large number of biologically active components that have a complex effect on the body.
It has a pleasant taste and aroma. The product has an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect, so it can be used for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract.
The tool is suitable for adults and children from 3 years old,

If you suffer from cough, bronchitis, cold, laryngitis, tonsillitis, stomatitis, gingivitis, try linden flowers. They have a pronounced antiseptic effect, relieve inflammation and improve phlegm discharge. Also, the tool has a diaphoretic and choleretic effect, increases the secretion of gastric juice.

Linden flowers also have a mild sedative effect, so they improve sleep and reduce excessive excitability.

To prepare the infusion , you need 2 tbsp. spoons of linden flowers pour 200 ml of hot boiled water and insist in a water bath for 15 minutes. Adults take 0.5-1 glass of decoction after meals 2-3 times a day. The infusion can also be used to rinse the throat and mouth.

The color of the petals is whitish-yellow, the sepals are greenish or yellowish-gray, the bracts are light yellow or greenish-yellow. The smell is weak, pleasant. The taste is sweetish, slightly astringent, with a feeling of slipperiness;
coarse powder: a mixture of flowers, peduncles and pieces of bracts of various shapes, passing through a sieve with holes with a diameter of 2 mm. The color of the petals is whitish-yellow, the sepals are greenish or yellowish-gray, the bracts are light yellow or greenish-yellow. The smell is weak, pleasant. The taste is sweetish, slightly astringent, with a feeling of slipperiness.

Method of application and dosage.
Place 2 tablespoons of flowers in an enamel dish, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, squeeze the residue to a filtered infusion. Bring the volume of infusion to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take warm 2-3 times a day after meals: adults and children over 14 years old – ½-1 cup each, children aged 12-14 years – ⅓ cup each, 7-12 years old – ¼ cup each, age 3 – 7 years – 2 tablespoons each. Use externally to rinse the mouth and throat 3-4 times a day. Shake the infusion before use.
Place 3 filter bags in a glass or enamel container, pour 200 ml of boiling water, close and infuse for 15 minutes. Take warm 2-3 times a day after meals: adults and children over 14 years old – 1 cup each, children 12-14 years old – ½ cup each, 7-12 years old – ⅓ cup each, 3-7 years old years – ¼ cup each. Use externally to rinse the mouth and throat 3-4 times a day.
The duration of the treatment course is determined by the doctor individually.

Children.
The drug should be used by children over 3 years of age.
