PRIVATE JOINT STOCK COMPANY PHARMACEUTICAL FACTORY “VIOLA” began a new stage of its development with the opening of the capsule shop and the launch of the first batch of drugs.
Continuous development and modernization
At the beginning of this year, PrJSC FF “VIOLA” turned 77 years old. The history of the modern factory began on January 11, 1945, when the building on the street Kirova, 75 (now Akademika Amosov St.) was handed over to the Zaporizhia Regional Pharmacy Department for the creation and placement of a pharmacy warehouse, pharmacy department, and pharmaceutical factory. In the early 1990s, the factory was reorganized into a joint-stock company.
Over the past thirty years, the factory has been constantly improving and modernizing: opening new workshops and laboratories, updating equipment, developing new lines of pharmaceuticals, etc. The 2020s are no exception: at the end of 2021, in December, the opening of the capsule shop took place, and already in January of the new year, the launch of the first batch of drugs in capsule form.
To take care of your health was convenient
The idea of opening a capsule shop is a practical implementation of the factory’s strategy. After all, one of the main goals for the company is to make medicines and dietary supplements such that the patient can completely complete the course of treatment or accompanying therapy. And this means not only the effectiveness of the drugs, but also ease of use. So the factory took the first step – the release of liquid drugs in sticks, which can be taken with you to the office or on the road and not stop the course of treatment during work, travel, business trip or study. The next step is capsules.
From the idea of improving production forms to opening a new workshop
It took a year and a half to implement the Capsules project of PrJSC FF “VIOLA” , because the main idea was to make medicines familiar to everyone convenient to use, as well as more effective. Most of the time was spent on the purchase of pharmaceutical equipment and the development of unique capsule formulas. After conducting a thorough analysis of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, it was possible to discover 10 unique capsules . So VIOLA was really able to make well-known drugs even more convenient: Viohels Ivy; Viochels Seine forte; Viochels Theanine; Viochels Mg+B6; Viochels Valeriana forte; Viochels Passiflora; Viochels Ginkgo biloba; Viochels Ginkgo biloba forte; Viochels Coenzyme Q10; Viochels Milk thistle fort.
For the entire staff of PJSC FF “VIOLA”, the opening of the new, sixth workshop of the factory is a long-awaited, exciting event. It was the result of the long and painstaking work of many people, because all departments of the company directly participated in the creation of the Capsule project: commercial, marketing, logistics, supply, quality and production – a real team of professionals that flawlessly performs its work despite all the difficulties.
Natural raw materials are an important advantage
One of the advantages of capsules, in addition to convenience, is their composition. They have a herbal basis – that is, they consist entirely of vegetable raw materials. This means, among other things, that the capsules can also be used by those patients who follow a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle and prefer herbal preparations. And another important thing is the versatility of the capsules: they are effective for supporting immunity at different times of the year and are suitable for different categories of the population.
European quality control of drugs
One of the principles of PrJSC FF “VIOLA” is multi-stage quality control, because quality is a manifestation of care for the client, the patient, it is attention to him and protection of his health. Therefore, the capsules produced by the new workshop of the factory undergo a full cycle of quality control in our own laboratories: checking a sample of raw materials from a potential supplier, testing the quality of the entire batch of raw materials, testing the drug during the manufacturing process, quality control of packaging, etc.
Own laboratories of the quality control department of PrJSC FF “VIOLA” are certified by the State Medical Service of Ukraine, and the high level of quality control is confirmed, accordingly, by quality certificates for raw materials and finished products. In particular, the factory operates a certified integrated quality management system in accordance with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 22000 (HACCP).
So, despite the fact that there is a certain stereotype that medicines are much better outside of Ukraine, buyers of medicines of PrJSC FF “VIOLA” can be sure: they receive only high-quality medicines that meet European standards.
