Fatigue

Fatigue is a state of reduced physical or mental performance that occurs after exertion, stress, or insufficient rest. It may manifest as weakness, decreased concentration, drowsiness, and a need to rest.

Excessive or prolonged fatigue may be associated with sleep disturbances, nutrient deficiencies (such as iron), infections, burnout, or chronic conditions. Recovery usually involves normalizing the daily routine, getting adequate sleep, maintaining a balanced diet, and reducing stress. If fatigue persists for a long time, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
